PM Modi, our country’s Prime Minister, recently went to Ayodhya to inaugurate the Ram Mandir. He took part in the ceremony to bless the temple in Uttar Pradesh. After coming back from the temple ceremony, he launched the PM Suryodaya Yojana on January 22, 2024. The purpose of this scheme is to help poor and middle-class people by reducing their electricity bills. With this plan, more than 1 crore houses of poor and middle-class families will have rooftop solar panels installed.
By putting solar panels on their roofs through this scheme, people won’t have to worry about paying their electricity bills or saving money for it. This way, PM Modi’s plan helps make our country more self-reliant in energy and supports middle-class and poor people.
