Nationality

(a) Hold Indian citizenship,
(b) Be a citizen of Nepal,
(c) Be a citizen of Bhutan.

Educational Qualification

Having a Senior Secondary Certificate from a recognized Board of Secondary Education with Computer Science or Computer Application as a subject.

Having a Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a government-recognized polytechnic institution
Or
Completion of the Rajasthan State Certificate Course in Information Technology (RSCIT) from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University in Kota, under the Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited, is also valid.
Or
Any equivalent or higher qualification recognized by the government is acceptable.
